The principals of Ensure Protect, Frank and Treven, combine to have won 4 industry awards for best-customer service – including beating AppleCare for best CS experience at the Golden Gate Awards. Also, we are calculated risk takers: Treven was with the first TPA provider, SquareTrade, to cover accidents on the brand-new iPhone in 2007 – when even Apple didn’t dare, and did so profitably for the customer, the TPA and their insurer. Frank helped create and launch the first “Replacement” plans. Originally designed for watches under $200.00, “Over The Counter” or “Advanced Replacement” are now standard practice and expected by buyers for a variety of products they count on, such as phones, tools, and tablets.
