Frank has over 4 decades of experience relative to the consumer products and services industries. Having held a variety of roles that are necessary for successful service contracts programs, he can seamlessly engage and integrate into most OEM, Retail, Insurance and TPA teams at any level.
Beginning in 2001, he took his capabilities and applied them to his own consulting firm, Warranty Concepts, to help retailers, manufacturers, service providers, insurance companies and Third Party Administrators drive their service contract businesses. In 2011 he was recruited to help Starr Companies develop a new business profit center built around OEM, TPA and MGA warranty programs such as Flex, Square Trade and Stuckey. Also while there, he began his quest to help the Education industry deal with challenges of supporting digital devices, a passion and commitment he brings to this new venture.
In 2017 Frank has joined Treven Cornwall, another industry veteran, to create Ensure Protect. Our mission is to deliver the best service contract value coupled with an excellent customer service experience by using the newest technologies, accurate underwriting, and an attitude that is committed to the people that sell and buy service contracts.
